K Suites

super long weekend is over and im back slaving.

Watched Ugly truth and Gamer over the weekend. Both are fantastic!

checked out the K Suites at Iluma…. becos after movies, me n uncle jackson were floating around bugis area aimlessly (shops closed and we were not hungry at all).

we stepped in and to our surprise, the K Suites is charged at $22 per hour, not inclusive of tidbits, drinks, KOD charge and taxes. So imagine the total charges at the end of the session! so we walked out of the place.

while we were waiting for the lift, 1 of the staff, i assumed is the captain, came up to us and ask..

captain: did u enquire abt the K suites charges just now?
me: yup! (why?)
captain: oh. is it too expensive?
me: *nodded* (and was thinking :U SAY LEH?!)
captain: oh! actually we can give u a lower price……
me: uh huh?
captain: u will just need to order 2 standard drinks, plus the KOD charge and the taxes, it will mounts up to only $45 and u will be able to sing until closing (4am).
me: (HUH! y so cheapo lobang?) ohhh okay……………….
captain: so are u interested? becos if u go to other Kbox-es, the charges will more or less the same becos it is a PH.

so me n uncle jackson, tot that its reall a v good bargain, and we accepted the offer.

tis is how much i loathe u

last sat at muay thai training, my trainer told me “u arent hitting hard enough, come’on, use more strength, imagine the pad is the person u hated most, and use all ur might to punch the pad!”

and~ miracly (is there such a word?), i imagine the pad to be ur face and i PUNCHED with all my might! my trainer actually said “well done! thats the way!”

well, a v big congratulations for being able to be on the padwork.

tis is how much i loathe u.

while i was having hives aka feng mo aka histamine.. uncle jackson was massaging me in the neck and shoulders and sayang-ing my itchy patches.

and i stil pek chek at him!

updates and more updates~

updates updates here i come!!

i shall skip updates on Amazing race becos im just too lazy! anyway, a brief one. we went khatib bottle tree for paintball. followed by Singapore Dragon boat association for dragon boating (i met jackson, the bowen ncc jackson there!) – its a heaven for me la! hunks hunks and hunks!, and lastly we went sentosa for our island challenge whereby we sat on the luge and the sky duno what (the one i sat with irene and joanne when i was at GPP), den we went megazip!

seriously i think the older i am, the more humji (timid) i become.! i din even get to complete the LEVEL 3, Climbmax. i stepped out halfway, i told the person i wanna U turned back! cos its juz too scary!

the most shiok one is the Flying fox.! super shiok!

and for dinner time, we went marina barrage for a charcoal steamboat feast.

anyway, i am now still peeling n peeling like a banana can! and its an overall v v fantastic experience.

the most recent happening was my trip to Langkawi! super sianz, monsoon season, there for 5 days and it rained for 3days! if u were there and saw a mad woman clasping her palms started talking to the one up there asking him not to rain, yes, its me!

we stayed 1st night at Langkawi Lagoon Resort. not to my expectations although the room is big and spacious. the tv is so freaking small and far from my bed that w/o my contact lens, i cant watch!!

took a cab to their so call shopping malls…..

super and i mean super deserted!

lucky me i managed to buy a aeropostale jacket from their FOS as i left mine at home!

dinner was also below my expectation, way below……. that restaurant was featured in their maps but erm…. LOUSY LA!

on our way back, stupid jackson wanna go explore the nightlife there and get the driver to drop us at 1 super ulu spot! the bar there abit scary and everyone was looking at us! (or izzit me?!)
i almost pee-ed in my pants la !

this v beautiful castle but it turned out to be a low class hotel.

so we managed to hail a cab from that hotel and went back to our room and…….

so… the 2nd day and 3rd day… IT RAINEDDDDDDD! and throughout i was either praying to the one up there, or singing “rain rain go away, little kaili wans to play!!” apparently, NO USE AT ALL LOR!

afte brekkie, we c/o of langkawi lagoon…

and becos it was raining soooo heavily. we arrived at Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort and…..

so sweet la! i was moved to tears by them lor!

and the nex morning, the one up there finally gave in to me, and~ITS SUNSHINE!!!!
